Responsible for producing high quality sales leads
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Management, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of related experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in the Gem Jewelry industry and/or working in the education sector is preferred.
- Building functional knowledge/expertise in the area of focus.
- Understanding of tele sales.
Job Responsibility
- Achieves sales targets as assigned
- Promotes company service offerings primarily over the phone
- Responsible for lead generation and data mining through social websites
- Manages database or leads documentation in systems
Complexity / Supervision
- Work under general supervision with limited day to day instruction on non-routine tasks
Additional Skills Required
- Understands tele sales.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and customer databases.
- Comfortable working with cloud-based CRM tools.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Communicates complex information clearly and simply.
- Understands and applies communication and email etiquette.
- Creates positive interactions with colleagues, clients, and students.
- Actively communicates in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintains collaborative working relationships to improve performance.
- Analyzes data and either reaches a solution or provides a summary for management decisions.
