Job Description

Responsible for producing high quality sales leads

Job Responsibility

  • Achieves sales targets as assigned
  • Promotes company service offerings primarily over the phone
  • Responsible for lead generation and data mining through social websites
  • Manages database or leads documentation in systems
Complexity / Supervision
  • Work under general supervision with limited day to day instruction on non-routine tasks
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Management, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of related experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the Gem & Jewelry industry and/or working in the education sector is preferred.
  • Building functional knowledge/expertise in the area of focus.
  • Understanding of tele sales.

Additional Skills Required

  • Understands tele sales.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and customer databases.
  • Comfortable working with cloud-based CRM tools.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Communicates complex information clearly and simply.
  • Understands and applies communication and email etiquette.
  • Creates positive interactions with colleagues, clients, and students.
  • Actively communicates in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintains collaborative working relationships to improve performance.
  • Analyzes data and either reaches a solution or provides a summary for management decisions.
